Interesting to note that the Greek Orthodox and the Macedonian Orthodox have the highest level of Australian citizenship (96.1%).    Of the above 30 religions only the ‘big three’ (Catholic, Anglican and Uniting) and five others had their modern  origins mainly in the British Isles.
